Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned in a stable condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality control, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or altered packaging
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@licensedpeptides.com. We will promptly investigate and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, or issued via store credit or replacement of items. Refund processing time will arrive depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting service@licensedpeptides.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
